Volunteer Tasks

• Work with the Hospitality and Membership team to register prospective, new, and returning singers for Fall and Spring sessions
• Assist the Music Librarian with the distribution and tracking of music scores
• Manage and organize the concert attire wardrobe
• Help decorate the concert venue, i.e. arrange flowers and hang banners as well as the Kailua Kona Christmas parade float
• Load up, deliver and assemble concert risers and chairs (heavy lifting required)
• Greet attendees and usher at concerts
• Help at special events such as Silent Auction
• Provide graphic design services for website, concert programs, and flyers
• Assist with marketing and promotions by managing the website and social media channel
